Down the Rabbit Hole at Last, and Cockroach News

y
And we're off! My adaptation of Alice in Wonderland opened at Serenbe Playhouse this weekend, and the weather was nice enough to cooperate. It'll be running Fridays and Saturdays through July 28th. Hopefully I'll have some more reviews and pictures to post soon. The above picture was taken by Robyn Young at one of our rehearsals.

For those who aren't down in the Hotlanta area, there's another chance to catch a Rachel Teagle play up in New York, and not just any play, an AWARD WINNING play. My robot/amazon/talking cockroach play "The Ever and After" just won the Leah Ryan Fund for Emerging Women Writers' award, and will be getting a reading on June 11, 7:00 p.m. at the Atlantic Stage 2, 330 West 16th Street in Manhattan.

Plus, the reading will be awesome directed by Robert Ross Parker of Vampire Cowboys, one of the most bad-ass independent theater companies out there. Go look at their production history. Like now.

I'll wait.

See? How awesome is that?!
